People buy from people. Therefore, it is very important to be able to influence when selling. This workshop will help assess the strengths and shortcomings as a seller. Participants will increase effectiveness in long-cycle selling situations by learning to apply the Situational Influence Model and the Sales Cycle Model. Participants will use a current and real critical selling situation as a means of learning and improving their sales skills. |
