Our team building design incorporates a variety of effective indoor and outdoor methods to stimulate active learning and participation from all level, nationalities and cross-cultural mix. Building on the participants, a number of interactive, fun and experiential exercises, games, challenges, obstacles, sports, low ropes, high ropes, water activities, group discussion, debrief, brainstorming will help participants to understand the importance of teamwork.

Our team building methodology places heavy emphasis on debrief after each activity. We believe that the activities are merely vehicles to achieve the team building objectives. The debrief enables participants to reflect on the thinking and behaviour to draw out the key learning points concerning the characteristics of successful teams. |
